Delta Moon Shipping + Returns Policy
We charge a flat rate shipping charge of $5 when you spend at least $30. We offer free shipping on any order over $50.
When Will My Order Arrive?
All Shipments are expected to arrive within 7 business days from the shipping date. Shipments are fulfilled Monday through Friday during normal business hours (Central Time) excluding major holidays. All orders received after 12pm CST will be fulfilled and shipped on the following business day.
We hope you are satisfied with the results of Sagely Naturals products. If you are not satisfied, we will refund you the total of your order value (less shipping) upon receipt of your purchase(s).
If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. Packages must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase.

Can I Return A Delta Moon Product?
Yes. As we’ve said, we stand by the quality and effectiveness of each and every one of our products. If you are not fully satisfied, you may request a refund or exchange of the total of your order value (less shipping) within 30 days of purchase.
If you would like to make a return, please email us at info@deltamoonco.com and include your name, address, order number, and reason for return. We do not offer complimentary return shipping at this time.
Please note that ALL return requests must be made within 30 days of purchase – after 30 days, all sales are considered final.
What If It’s Already Been Opened?
You may request to refund or exchange an opened product, as long as the package and/or labeling has not been destroyed, damaged, or otherwise tampered with.hout your consent other than with the following:

Yes. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. (You will receive e-mail instructions with how to package, address, and ship items for return).
